Catching Up On What I Missed

Soooo.....I didn't get around to blogging about some of the things we did during the month of August. I was milking baby and kidney stones for all they were worth. It was pretty much a vacation for me-a miserable vacation, but a lazy time nonetheless.

We didn't make it to Taleena and Cole's Wedding, but we did go to their Reception in Enoch. They are so great together, and it was good to meet Cole's family.
Prestons family had picked out ties, cowboy hats, and boots for the boys-so we made sure they wore everything to the reception.

A golf outing.

Love this picture! Preston throws the ball to Brax, and he has to jump and dive to catch it.

This BYU football went into the Beaver River a few days after these pictures were taken. We were having a picnic up the canyon, and the boys were playing catch with Preston. They were having fun until the ball rolled into the river. Then they had a pine cone war instead. This picnic was the same day we drove past a sign that said, GOATS FOR SALE. Preston had to stop and talk to the people and see how big the goats were, and how much they cost. He thought it would be funny to give Taleena and Cole a goat for their Wedding. He planned on walking it up to them in Cole's parents backyard during the Reception. We had never met Cole's family and didn't know how they might react, so we didn't end up giving them a goat. I'm sure they were pretty disappointed that no one gave them farm animals. So they went out and bought a turtle.
