If it's not the chickens, it's the goat.

There was a weekend in March that some of the Brady family got together in Mount Pleasant. We had lunch and visited for a while, then went with Wayne to the farm.
We got to spend time with G-Ma and G-Pa Brady, Chad & Emily family, Shane and 2 of his boys, Kale & Summer family, and Prestons family.
When we go to Mt. Pleasant, Braxton and Mason are with Grandpa's chickens from sunup until sundown. They catch them then let them go, over and over again. It was good for the poor chickens to get a break from kids while we went to the farm.
But then it was the poor goat who got bothered.

Grandpa Brady had a stroke shortly after Braxton was born. I don't think anyone expected him to stay with us as long as he has. He's a little slower than he used to be, but doesn't let that stop him!! He just celebrated his 80th Birthday!!

Kaitlyn is the pretty little thing to the right of Braxton. She had brain surgery a few days after these pictures were taken. We had a special Fast for her and her family. Everything went well with the surgery and she's been doing much better since she got past the first few days of pain and discomfort. We're so glad she's ok!!
